Package never came and support stopped answering
Then on Oct 4 the tracking said out for delivery. Later that same day it changed to delivery attempted, recipient unavailable. Nobody ever came to the door and no notice was left. Someone was home the whole day. On Oct 5 it switched to operational delay, rescheduled, with no new date. The package just never showed up.
I emailed support several times and got nothing back for days. The phone number listed is disconnected. The contact form on the website just gives you endless verification puzzles that never go through. I did get two replies eventually but they were generic templates with no carrier name and no redelivery date. When I looked at my bank statement the charge showed up under a different name, young and wicked. I've seen other people on Trustpilot and Ecautious.com Scam Tracker describing the same exact thing.

Boneless couch never showed up and no real answers
I sent multiple emails about no delivery and as of Aug 18, 2026 there was still no update on shipping. After I threatened them they finally sent another link to update the delivery. It just said multiple days in customs.
This is a scam. I've waited patiently but this business keeps saying they are reaching out to the delivery drivers and never respond to my emails with any real information. I want my money back and a bottomless couch.
