Text saying Auto/ACH approved a $627.50 transaction I never made

I got a text that said Auto/ACH approved your Transaction for the amount of $627.50 with OTT 7331552 for Inv#45A8664. I have no idea what this is. I never approved anything for $627.50 and I don't know who Auto/ACH is.

It gave two numbers to call for help, +19703032965 and +18139345774. I didn't call them. Nothing about this makes sense to me and I just want to know why I'm getting this.
