Paid for tools from autoktools.com and now the phone is dead

I ordered some stuff from this website WWW.AUTOKTOOLS.COM back in July. Curtis called them first and then placed the order. We had to pay through PayPal and the transaction went through fine, like $1299. They told us the product would ship around August 3rd.

Well, that date came and went. We tried calling them and emailing them. No answer on anything. Then at one point when Curtis called the number (509) 903-5058, a recording came on saying the number had been disconnected and was no longer in service. We also sent emails to [email protected] but never got any reply at all. They are located in Rochester, WA but I don't know what to do now.
