Unauthorized monthly charge after buying a travel bag

I bought a toiletry travel bag from avalonshop.co and honestly, I got the product and was happy with it. That part was fine. But then, without me knowing, they started charging my credit card $29.99 every single month. I never signed up for any membership or club or anything like that.

I only noticed this today and it's been going on for about a year. So that's around $390 total. When I called the customer support number on their website, it just said the number has been suspended. So now I'm stuck with these charges and no way to talk to anyone about it.
