Paid for a personalized necklace that never came

I ordered a personalized necklace with 5 names on it from Avara Jewelry. I paid $34 for it and the necklace never came. I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but nothing.

It's been a while now and I still haven't received anything. No necklace, no refund, no response. I just want my money back at this point.
