Ordered from avatarwise and package went to wrong state

I ordered something from avatarwise.com on June 27th. It was supposed to get here by July 4th. They shipped it and gave me a tracking number, and it says delivered but the USPS shows it was delivered to Champaign, IL. I live in Oak Grove, AR.

I went to the post office here in Berryville and they told me that tracking number was not even my address. I think they might be shipping stuff to someone else on purpose so it shows as delivered. I lost $58.50 on this.
