Bought an outfit from Aveline New York and got junk

I ordered an outfit from what I thought was Aveline New York. When it showed up, the quality was just terrible. I emailed them right away asking for a refund and they tried to offer me a partial discount if I kept it. But the thing was so bad I didn't even want it in my house.

I sent it back on 6/11 to a warehouse in China, even though the original package came from somewhere in the US. Now the tracking shows it's been sitting in customs since 6/25. They said they would look into it and get back to me in a day or two, but that was it. No reply since then. I'm out 70 bucks. BUYER BEWARE!!!
