Phone call saying Citibank is suing me for my property
I asked him how he got all that info, and he said from a liability report. I got really upset and told him I needed to talk to my lawyer about this. He just said guess we'll see you in court.
I looked it up after and found out it's a scam. But I'm worried because he has my social, full name, dob, and address. I don't have a copy since it was a call, but I do have a voicemail from another person from this same company who called.
