Tried paying for YTTV and all my money vanished

I was trying to pay my yttv bill and got a message saying I couldn't update, make, or receive any kind of payment until I verified my identity. So I was having trouble with the stuff they was asking for, and I needed help. I looked up the customer service number and called it.

When this person answered they took over my phone somehow. They could see all my financial accounts, my wallet payment forms, and my banking info. They had me move some money to verify a specific account, and then all the money in my accounts just disappeared. They hung up and blocked me after that. I lost 25 dollars but honestly it feels like way more trouble than that.
