Clothing order from azelvira never showed up
I asked for another package and got another confirmation. Never got that one either. I emailed support and they told me to check with my neighbors or take a 70% refund. I said that wasn't acceptable. Then they replied saying my refund was processed and would take 7-14 business days. I waited 21 days and nothing. I contacted them again and got the same runaround. Now they're saying because of a large volume of transactions it'll take another 14 days.
Ordered clothes from website and package vanished after leaving center
Then it said it left the distribution center. That was a week ago now and nothing. No package, no update, nothing. The tracking just stopped. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had, 1(882) 329-1973, just rings. I paid about 41 dollars for this stuff and I just want my order or my money back. It just doesn't make sense that it would leave and just disappear.
Instagram clothing order marked delivered but never showed up
The tracking site they used was really elaborate. It showed the package moving from one center to the next until it said it was on the way to be delivered the next day early in the morning. Then it changed to delivered. I was literally sitting outside that morning when the status changed from on the way to delivered. We get packages every day and have never lost one. But nothing ever came. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply.
