Vacuum warranty claim with no response from company
Now the hose at the bottom is split. I emailed them about it on July 4 and still haven't heard anything back. It's August 20 now. I even checked and Amazon doesn't carry this company anymore.
I'm just asking them to send me a new vacuum since I'm clearly still under warranty. I sent them my purchase receipt and everything. Not sure why they're ignoring me.
