Call about a job application from a number I don't recognize

I got a voicemail today from someone saying they were Clarissa from HR at Back Next Incorporated. She said it was about my job application and asked me to call her back at 816-683-3784. She said the number twice like that.

I've been sending out applications everywhere so I almost called back. But then I noticed the area code didn't match anything I applied to. Also her accent was really strong and she sounded off. No company name that I actually applied to. Just seemed weird so I didn't call.
