Charged again for dog food I never ordered

I ordered one bag of dog food from Badlands Ranch. On the order form there was a choice to buy just once or sign up for monthly delivery. I picked the one time purchase because I needed to see if my dogs would even eat it.

The bag came and everything was fine for about a month. Then my card got charged again by Badlands Ranch. I never got anything and I didn't want anything, my dogs wouldn't eat the food anyway. But I was still charged for it.

I tried calling customer service and got nowhere. The person was very rude. I just want this to stop.
