Job calls about a posting I never applied for
I asked one caller, who had a really heavy accent, how he got my information. He said he got it from Monster. I told him that's a violation of my privacy because I never applied or agreed to be contacted. He gave me the company name, balancestaffing.com. I asked him to put me on the DNC list and he just told me to go delete my resume from Monster and that would stop the calls.
This is really concerning. I shouldn't have to delete my profile from a legitimate site just to get these calls to stop. Especially since I never approved being contacted in the first place. I'm also on the national DNC registry, which they seem to be violating too.
