Voice message about unclaimed Mega Millions from fake Bank of America

I got several phone calls from this number 716-217-0668 and also 716-241-1012. There was a voice message from a Delores, saying she was calling from Bank of America about some unclaimed Mega Million sweepstakes and they wanted to send it to my bank account.

So I called the number back and nobody answered. Then about 20 minutes later I get a call from a man named Dee Nelson, and he claimed he was from Bank of America too. He gave me an ID badge number and even sent me a picture of himself. He knew everything about me – my address, my date of birth, my social security number, and my bank account info. That really freaked me out. I didn't give him anything, but he already had it all.
