Sent money for a car and they asked for more

I was trying to buy a vehicle and we had the deal all worked out. I sent them my money, $3600, and was just waiting for the car to arrive. Then out of nowhere they tell me I need to pay another $5000. That was never part of what we agreed on.

I've asked them multiple times to just give me my $3600 back and they keep saying no. The phone number they use is 1(209) 302-1379 and they have an address on Mulberry St in New York but I'm not even sure that's real. I just want my money back.
