Ordered a handmade shirt and got a cheap sweater instead
What showed up in the mail was this really cheap sweater. Not even close to what was pictured. It felt like something you'd find at a dollar store. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but never heard anything back. The phone number on the site is (916) 203-3395 but I dont even know if its real. They are supposedly in CA but who knows.
Just wanted a shirt and got a crappy sweater. Total waste of my time and money.
Pinterest ad said Boston but package came from overseas
I emailed them again saying I wanted a refund and I didn't want the package and that they are liars and thieves. They said they could refund me if the product was not to my liking. So 3 weeks later I get this Chinese garbage. Sized for Chinese people. Not American sizing at all. I ordered a medium and it didn't even fit my size 0 teenager.
Then they refused their own refund policy which says full refund within 30 days. They said they would give me 25% back because of shipping costs, knowing it would cost me almost as much to ship it back as the order itself. After going back and forth multiple times they finally issued a refund. It was for $26. Please shut this down.
Shirts advertised as linen and cotton came in polyester
When I got the package, the shirts were cheaply made knock-offs. They are polyester, no labels on them at all. I paid $109 total and it just feels like a total waste. I emailed them at [email protected] but haven't heard anything back. Just really disappointed in what showed up versus what was pictured.
Advertised shawls on BarbaraDever.com turned out to be cheap acrylic
Their website says they will refund your money if you aren't happy, but that's not true. I emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply. I lost $130.00 on this. I just want to put this out there so other people don't get ripped off too. This isn't a reliable clothing business.
Boutique sent cheap polyester and plastic, won't refund
I emailed them right away at [email protected] saying I wasn't satisfied and wanted to return everything for a full refund. They are refusing. Their website has a return policy but they won't honor it. Don't buy from them, it's not like the pictures and you can't send it back.
Ordered orthopedic shoes but got cheap ones with no size
They have no phone number, everything is by email. They sent me over 25 emails saying item on way for weeks. When I finally got the package, there is no size on the shoes and they are definitely not orthopedic. I emailed for a refund and they refuse. They offer 15% refund. What??? No way. Their website clearly says we only ship within the US but that's a lie. They told me I would have to ship the shoes back to China and it would cost 35.00 to ship. No way. I'm livid.

Bought a dress from a website that turned out to be a scam
After I got it I looked closer at their return policy. You have to pay to ship it back yourself to an address in China. The return contact name is Wang Maoqin with an address in Ningbo, China. I paid $60.90 for this dress and now I'm stuck with it. The whole thing feels like a scam.
Website selling clothes that look nothing like the photos
When I got the package the stuff was just terrible. The fabric was super cheap and it didn't look anything like what was shown online. I mean it was completely different. I asked for a refund and they said no. They told me I could pick another item but I would have to pay for shipping again.
I emailed [email protected] but they just keep saying the same thing. No refund. Just pick something else and pay more money. I don't trust them to send anything better.
