Email saying I have a warrant for a loan I never got

I was looking into loans online but I never actually went forward with getting one. Then I get this email from someone named Bart Davis saying I owe money and that there's a warrant out for my arrest if I don't pay. I never got any loan from them or anyone else.

The email said I would be arrested soon if I didn't pay different sums of money. I never got a penny from these people. I don't know how they got my email but they are saying I owe a debt I never took out.

The email came from [email protected] and they listed an address in Los Angeles, CA. I'm not paying anything because I don't owe anything.
