Emails from bayareatimes.com asking me to click links
The emails have links and attachments and they want you to click on stuff. It really looks like phishing or someone trying to get your login info. Nothing about it adds up.
I just want to say do not click anything from @bayareatimes.com. Don't download attachments, don't reply. It's all scam.
Emails from Bay Area Times keep coming from different addresses
The weird part is these emails don't get caught by spam filters. They seem to come through normal cloud servers so my provider just lets them in. I've tried unsubscribing and blocking the addresses, but the messages keep flooding my inbox anyway.
I haven't lost any money and I'm not clicking anything in them. I just want the emails to stop and I don't know how to make that happen.
My inbox is full of aggressive emails from bayareatimes.com
The emails look like phishing attempts to me. All the links in them seem suspicious and I don't trust any of it. I haven't clicked anything and I'm not going to.
If anyone else is getting these, I'd just say don't interact with any of the URLs or download attachments from them. Just mark the messages as spam or phishing right in your email provider and move on.
Why is Bay Area Times sending scam messages from their email
Who is the guy running this site? Why are you sending scam messages from your scam email address? What are you even looking for?
Are you trying to steal my personal information? Just stop sending me this stuff.
10 emails in 48 hours from Bay Area Times
It's all unsolicited and it looks like phishing to me. I didn't sign up for anything from these people.
I just want everyone to know about this. Mark the messages as spam or phishing and block the sender addresses through your email provider. That's what I'm doing.
Daily emails from fake Bay Area Times addresses
The emails have links in them that are clearly trying to get my personal info or get me to download something bad. I haven't lost any money but my inbox is flooded with this junk.
STOP SENDING ME THESE EMAILS.
Emails from Bay Area Times won't stop and look like phishing
I've tried to make them stop but they just keep coming. The links in them seem like they're trying to get personal info or push unwanted stuff. It's aggressive and constant and I don't know how they got my email.
I haven't lost any money but it's really annoying and I just want it to stop.
Endless emails from Bay Area Times I never signed up for
They come in constantly, all within short timeframes, and they look like phishing style emails to me. There is no opt out option anywhere in them.
It is really frustrating. I just want it to stop.
Emails from Bay Area Times that look like phishing
It really looks like some kind of phishing operation. They just keep sending fraudulent messages and I don't trust any of it. I would not click any links or open any attachments from anything at that @bayareatimes.com domain.
I reported and blocked the sender right away through my email provider.
Daily emails from Bay Area Times I never signed up for
There's no unsubscribe option anywhere in the emails. I've looked. Nothing. Just the same thing over and over, every day.
I'm really tired of it. I didn't ask for these and I can't make them stop.
Emails from Bay Area Times coming from two different addresses
Both came from the same IP, 44.207.228.154, which is an AWS server, so no spoofing here. Just unsolicited aggressive promo or phishing type stuff.
Only way to deal with this is reporting it to their service provider, maybe the FTC too.
Phishing email from Bay Area Times marketing address
Two emails from Bay Area Times in one day
Another phishing email from Bay Area Times address
They're pretending to be a real news outlet but it's clearly a scam operation. The email had links in it that I didn't click on. No way am I touching those. I just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it. It's getting annoying getting these emails from them.
Daily phishing emails from an unregistered business name
I reported this to Cloudflare and they didn't do anything about it. Looking at public records, it seems like a lot of other people have gotten these same scam emails. There's no actual business registered under that name at all. These are just straight up phishing emails.
