Letter about state filing that was not from the state
Later I found out NY state only charges $9 for that same filing. They never told me they were adding a service fee on top. On top of that, they filed it in the wrong month so it was invalid and I had to refile it myself in the correct month.
I have emailed them multiple times and get nothing back. Their site says they respond within 24 hours but that has not happened. There is no phone number for them anywhere.
