Call about winning a car and a $5 fee to complain

Today I got a call from someone saying they were with the US Marshal's office. They told me I won a car that was recovered from criminals. Then I got another call about processing a complaint for it.

They said there was a $5.00 fee to process the complaint and asked for my card number. Luckily the call disconnected before I gave it.

After that I called your office to file a complaint and got disconnected from someone named Allen. I was told by BBB that you don't charge fees for complaints. Just wanted to report what happened.
