Voicemail claiming to be BBB about an LLC

Got a voicemail the other day from someone saying they were with the Better Business Bureau. The message said they couldn't send a text but they were calling about "flickering for LLC" or something like that. They asked for David or management to call them back.

The number they left was (208) 747-0746. I don't have any LLC and I'm not sure who David is. It just felt off. The way they said it, like they were rushing through the name of the business, didn't make sense to me. I never called back. Just seemed like a phishing thing to me.
