Ordered tops that were way too small and now no refund
The company has a 30 day warranty policy that promises a full refund. I contacted them to return the tops. They told me they would send a larger size replacement and I could keep the ones they sent. Because of the poor quality I told them I didn't want a replacement, just refund my money. Then they told me if I wanted a refund I had to pay an $18 fee for each one. I told them I would pay the return postage just to get my refund. They didn't even bother to respond. I've emailed twice more and still haven't heard anything.
