Ordered from Grandinroad ad but got cheap copy from Beautcar

I saw this product advertised off the grandinroad site. It was the exact same item, even had the same pictures and everything. So I ordered it thinking it was legit. When I got the package, it was nothing like the pictures at all. Completely different quality.

I reached out to them asking for a full refund because this wasn't what I paid for. They told me they would only give me 10% back. I paid 43 dollars for this and they want to give me back like 4 bucks. Beautcar is a bad company and I just want my money back for something that isn't what they showed.
