Fake Dooney & Bourke site took my money and lied about delivery

I ordered from this website beautywren.com thinking I was buying from Dooney & Bourke. They pretended to be the real company. It took a whole month just to get any tracking information from them. Then they said there was a “delivery attempt” but that was fake too because I never got anything.

I contacted their customer service at [email protected] and they only offered me a 30% refund. They couldn't even tell me who the courier was or when it was supposed to be delivered. I lost $92.19 total. Awful experience, I feel like they just took my money and ran.
