Baby wrap from bebeamourco.com was not what was advertised

I ordered a baby wrap/sling from their website and what I got was nothing like what they showed. You can't even use it as a baby wrap and the fabric isn't the same either. The site said it was made with TENCEL Lyocell, GOTS certified organic cotton, and a touch of Lycra for stretch. What I actually got was some cheap fleece-like material that looks and feels like something off Temu for less than $5.

When I asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay international shipping fees of $20+ even though they claim to be a U.S. based business. Or they offered a 20% refund which would only give me back $11 of the $55 I spent. So they're still making money off selling counterfeit products that aren't what they advertise.
