Ordered bras from Bella Bra and never got them

I ordered bras from Bella Bra and never received them. The website is bellabrashop.com and I emailed them at [email protected] but I couldn't reach a real person. The responses I got back seemed like they were AI generated or something, just not a real human.

My credit card company tried to help me sort it out with them but in the end they just reimbursed my payment. I'm still out the time and frustration of dealing with this whole thing. Never got my order and no real explanation from anyone.
