Website dress looked nothing like what I got
They also lied about the return policy. I spent $60 on this and now I feel stuck with it. They post pictures of dresses they don't even have and send you a cheap version instead. I tried emailing [email protected] and got nowhere.
Just want people to know what happened so they don't waste their money too.
Dress quality terrible and now they won't answer me
They keep making it so hard. First they ask for my order info, I give it to them. Then they offer me a 50% refund. I said no, I want to send the dress back and get a full refund because I'm still within the return window. Then they wait days and come back offering 20% refund. Are you kidding me? I feel like they are just stalling until the deadline passes.
Now they are ignoring me completely. I tried calling the number on their website, (917) 718-5738, and it says not in service. I paid $64.95 for this and I just want my money back. This is a complete scam.
