Dress quality terrible and now they won't answer me
They keep making it so hard. First they ask for my order info, I give it to them. Then they offer me a 50% refund. I said no, I want to send the dress back and get a full refund because I'm still within the return window. Then they wait days and come back offering 20% refund. Are you kidding me? I feel like they are just stalling until the deadline passes.
Now they are ignoring me completely. I tried calling the number on their website, (917) 718-5738, and it says not in service. I paid $64.95 for this and I just want my money back. This is a complete scam.
