Ordered 2 dresses and only got 1 wrong one

I ordered 2 dresses from the Bella in the Sky website. When the package finally arrived there was only 1 dress inside and it was not even the dress I ordered. I emailed them asking for a refund and they told me to send a photo. So I did.

After that I never got a return email or any communication back from them. Nothing. The package shipped from China. And when I looked at my credit card statement the charge said Adam Daniels, not Bella in the Sky. That part really confused me.

I paid $114 and now I'm stuck with one wrong dress and no way to get my money back.
