Booked a makeup lesson but never got the e-book

I booked a one on one makeup lesson with this makeup artist back on July 20, 2026. Part of the reason I booked was because she advertises that you get an e-book with the lesson, and it says it will be sent within 3 to 5 business days.

It's been way past that now and I still haven't received the e-booklet. I reached out but no reply. The website is bellavitaartistry.com and their address is 8 San Jose Dr. Suite C in Newport News, VA. I just wanted what was promised with the lesson.
