Loan mediation call turned into a money request
The phone number they called from was (760) 454-1245 but the paperwork they wanted me to send money to had an address in Calabasas, California. They said they were at 27001 Agoura Road Suite 350. The main number they gave me was 877-310-3749.
It sounded official at first but something felt off. I ended up sending them $1,100 total. They kept saying it was for fees and that I'd get it back once the mediation was done. That never happened. Now the phone numbers don't work and I'm out that money. I just wanted to pay my loan, not lose more money.
