Ordered clothes and never got them, no delivery company name given

I ordered some clothes on June 18. They said it was sent out and supposedly delivered but I never knew the delivery company. I contacted the company and was told another order was being shipped. That one never showed up either. They still won't tell me the delivery company name and refuses to get me the company name. I lost $33.29 and got nothing.
