Paid for a rug a year ago and still nothing

I ordered a rug from the Beni Ouarain Carpet website and paid $971.10 for it. That was about a year ago now. I emailed back and forth with the seller at first, and I even asked for progress photos a few times.

I've left voicemails at (646) 775-5843 and sent emails to the address on the site, [email protected]. The owner just stopped answering me. My requests have been ignored completely. I just want my rug or my money back.
