Ordered a sweater online and got something totally different and poor quality
They charged me 59 dollars for this. When I tried to return it, they said it's impossible. They are only offering 15% of my money back. That doesn't make sense. I have a picture of what I got versus what was shown.
They also give the impression they are a company from Boston. I just want a proper refund for an item that wasn't as described.
Ordered an XL coat from an ad, got a size small instead
I have requested a refund and a return label like it says on their website. Nobody has contacted me yet. Bennett and Claire Boston is a scam company. They are not in Boston, but in China. Do not order from them.
