Online purchase went to Afterpay and no one answers

I went to buy something and right away it felt off. The only payment option was Afterpay, which was weird. After I paid, I tried calling the number on the site, (401) 449-9405, and it just goes to a voicemail that's completely full.

Google shows the business as closed. Then I looked closer and Afterpay had a different merchant listed, Burlebo, which is a men's clothing store, not a site selling a PlayStation. I told Afterpay about it and they got in touch with Burlebo. Burlebo sent them some fake proof of delivery with a tracking number that has nothing to do with me and it says it was delivered to a house that isn't mine.

I'm out 279.99 and no one is picking up.
