Package marked delivered but tracking shows it hasn't moved

I ordered from this company on their online marketplace and they're saying my package was delivered. But when I look at the tracking it hasn't moved in over a month and it's not delivered. I lost $28.

When I contact them they have no solution for me. They just keep lying and saying when they look up the tracking it says delivered. It doesn't show that on my end at all.

I wouldn't buy from this company on any online platform. Just a warning to anyone else.
