Backpack order from China never showed up
We watched the tracking on 17track for 45 days, there were detailed logs the whole time. This morning it said the package was delivered and in my mailbox. There was no delivery. Nothing was in my mailbox.
I tried to contact the logistics company using the info from the 17track site, https://finmaship.com/, but I keep getting error messages when I try to send a message. The button to call them didn't work either. I sent an email to a support address I found.
