Email pretending to be BBB about a complaint

I got this email that looked like it was from the Better Business Bureau. It said they recorded a complaint from one of my customers and I needed to click a link to see the details. The email was signed by someone named Xavier Brown, a Dispute Consultant.

The email address was [email protected] which didn't seem right at all. And the address listed was 3083 Wilson Blvd Suite 600 but then it said Andrews, NC which doesn't match. The phone number was (703) 276-0100.

I didn't click anything because something felt off. I know BBB doesn't send stuff like this from random email addresses. It's phishing. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it so nobody else falls for it.
