Call saying I won a million and a Cadillac

I got a call from a woman saying she was from Better Homes & Gardens. She told me I won a million dollars and a new Cadillac. Then she said she wanted to ride with me to Family Dollar to buy gift cards. She said my prizes would be given to me after I did that.

She even said she called the IRS to get a tax ID to prove the money was in the bank. It didn't make sense to me. I didn't lose any money but I reported it to Ecautious.com. The phone number she called from was (347) 273-0166.
