Membership charge I never signed up for after storage bin order
Then today I noticed a charge on my account for $29.99 from 8/26. When I went looking for their contact info to ask about it, I realized it was some kind of membership fee. I never signed up for any membership. I made one purchase, that's it.
I did email them and they said the fee would be corrected, so I guess we'll see. But it really bothers me that they're just creating memberships for people without asking. I'm sure a lot of folks don't even notice the charge.
