Friend asked for luggage fee help and it wasn't them

My relative got a text from someone pretending to be a friend of mine. They said they were stuck in Havana, Cuba and needed money for luggage fees at American Airlines. It seemed believable because my relative and this friend had been talking about the trip beforehand.

Then the fake friend called a few times. They gave us a Zelle account under BF LOGISTICS USA LLC and this email [email protected]. I sent $1750 thinking I was helping out a friend in a tough spot.

Turns out the actual friend had no idea about any of this. I looked up BF LOGISTICS USA LLC on the Florida Department of State website and they are a real registered company at 2275 Biscayne Blvd in Miami. But the phone numbers and addresses on the registration and the Zelle account seem to connect back to Bolivia somehow. I just want my money back. I have screenshots and other proof if needed.
