Dryer vent repair fell apart twice and cost me $1100

I was looking for someone to clean and repair my home dryer vent and found BHO Chimney Sweep and vent cleaning online. They showed up as being in my neighborhood and had good reviews and pictures, so I called them at (866) 501-1614 and set up service for the next day.

The installation was done badly. It fell apart the very next day and cost me $1100. I called BHO back and they sent a second repair person out to fix it again. Within a week the lower vent tube connection came apart again.

This company is not to be trusted for competent service or pricing. Now I have to find someone else to actually fix the problem.
