Letter saying I was approved for a loan

I got a letter saying I was approved for a loan. It had a lot of misleading information in it and some stuff that looked legit but wasn't. It made it seem like everything was already set and I just needed to finish it.

So I filled out the form because of what the letter said. The whole thing came from Big Picture Loans, their website is www.bigpictureloans.com and the number they use is (800) 584-4880. They're out of Texas.

I didn't lose much money, only about a penny, but that's not really the point. The letter was made to look real and get you to fill stuff out.
