Ordered a shirt and never got it or my money back

I ordered a shirt from this website bimotionsclothes.com and never received it. That was $54.55 gone. The owner told me they got scammed by a label company and that USPS kept the packages. I don't know if that's true but either way I never got a package and never got a refund.

Every time I message the owner she replies like she's going to send the item but then nothing happens. It's always something. I asked other people who commented on her post if they ever received their items either.

I just want my money back at this point. The address on the site is 687 Railroad Ave, Irving, NY 14081 and the email is [email protected].
