Ordered six bottles but got charged extra for subscription

I saw an ad on Facebook for Biome capsules and ordered 6 bottles. Paid the price and everything. Then I noticed they had automatically signed me up for a recurring subscription that I never asked for. I had to pay another $60 just to stop it.

It's been over 2 weeks now and I still don't have the product. I told them once I finally get them I'm sending them back for a refund. They said IF they approve my refund they'll keep $9 for shipping. So I'm sitting here wondering if they'll just make up some reason to not give me my money back at all. I've been scammed again. Total I'm out $214.
