Email saying I bought Bitcoin through PayPal

I got an email saying I bought Bitcoin for $374.41 through my PayPal account. I never bought any Bitcoin. I don't know where this came from.

The email had a phone number on it, (843) 301-4186, and an address in San Jose, CA. I don't know who these people are. I just want someone to look into this because I didn't make this purchase.
