Charged over seven hundred euros with no account at all

I was charged 717.88 euros by BKG*Hotel on my credit card. I didn't make this charge and I don't even have an account with booking.com. I haven't had any recent reservations or anything like that. I honestly don't know how they got my card number, it just showed up on my statement.

Their website is all robots, you can't talk to a real person unless you sign up for an account first. And I don't want to give them any more of my personal info after they already took my money without asking. This is just not right.
