Driveway seal coating job with cracks still not filled

A crew was working in my neighborhood and offered me a quote to crack fill, fill in divots and holes in my driveway, and seal coat it. I paid them $3,200. As they were finishing, I told them the crack filler didn't look like it was fully sealing the cracks and some of the divots didn't look filled. Valentino told me not to worry, he'd check it in a couple days and fix anything that needed it. This was in May 2026.

I've tried reaching him multiple times since then with no response. I got him on the phone once in July and he said he was out of state and would take care of it when he got back. I've texted him twice since then and still nothing. His number is (774) 564-4204 and the email is [email protected].
