Shirt from Facebook ad came from China and looks nothing like the picture

I ordered a shirt from Facebook. The ad made it look like cotton. They also advertised easy returns. When it showed up it came from China. It was 100% polyester, different colors, just horrible.

I emailed them to return it and they offered me a 10% refund to keep it. I said no and then they came back with 20% and a future credit on the site. Now I'm waiting on an address to mail the shirt back to China.

They advertise a NY address and phone number. Nobody ever answers the phone and there's no option to leave a voicemail. I don't have much hope of getting a refund but I'm planning on sending the shirt back to China anyway on my own dime.
