Daily calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting these calls, sometimes several times a day. It's a recorded message from a guy named Blake Cannon saying I was looking for a personal loan through one of their lending partners. I never looked for any loan.

The message says something about a $28,000 loan at 5.99% and my payment would be around $485 a month. Then it says to press one or call back at 844-515-1847. Another one gave a different number, 866-771-5160. It's just nonstop. I don't know who these people are or how they got my number.
